We process payroll weekly for our employees, along with statutory deductions and withholding such as Social Security, Medicare, and income taxes. We do not burden clients or employees by making them bear the responsibility for complying with complicated tax and labor laws. We do not expose clients to unnecessary risk by forcing them to rely on their homeowner's or umbrella insurance policies for coverage against a caregiver injury.
